Shipping policy
FOCAS Edu delivers both digital and printed materials for study. How your order reaches you depends on what you buy.
Digital Products:
The Lite Kit — our primary digital Product, consists of question banks, test papers and answer keys in secure PDFs. Our test video-reviews and counselling sessions are delivered digitally, but for people who buy the entire combo. There is no physical shipment and no shipping charge for these separately.
Delivery time: Access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed, and in all cases within [24 hours].
How it's delivered: Access details are sent to the email address and phone number you provide at checkout. Please make sure both are correct — this is why we ask for a phone number in the cart.
Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder first, then contact us at kvr@focasedu.com and we'll resend within one working day.
Printed(Physical) Products:
The FOCAS Planner, the FOCAS Manual and the FOCAS Infinite Question Bank include the printed material shipped to your address.
Where we ship: Across India only. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery time: 4–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and non-metro PIN codes may take longer.
Shipping charges: Free on all orders above ₹5000. shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location. Any applicable charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Courier partners: Delhivery
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses:
Please double-check your address and PIN code before completing your order. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
If you want to change your shipment address after placing an order, please contact us at kvr@focasedu.com .
Delayed, lost or damaged shipments:
Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or local restrictions. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging, and we will replace it.
Refunds and cancellations:
Shipping is covered by this policy; refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.
